RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS WILL INNCUR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Just One LA prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise, selection and customer service.
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires our signature upon delivery.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless store.justonela.com has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.
(Refer to Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items section below).
*Refunds are not permitted unless Just One LA has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect item or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement.*

* Underwear

Please include the Return/Exchange Form we will issue you, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by UPS, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
WEB CREDITS:
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy that determine a Web Credit, a customer will be issued a web credit, valid for one year from the date issued, and that can be used to purchase products on store.justonela.com
BACK ORDERS:
If a single item order is on backorder, it will take approximately two to three weeks before the shipment arrives. When the shipment arrives we will send the back ordered item.
In the event that an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; store.justonela.com will ship the items in stock and ship the back ordered item when it arrives. You will not be charged for the back ordered item until it arrives.
*In some cases, when an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; Just One LA may hold the complete order until the shipment for the back order item arrives, and then the complete order will be shipped.
Rest assured we will make every effort to get you all the items you ordered, with excellent communication and speedy service.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may only cancel your order via telephone up to the time the order is shipped.
YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER VIA EMAIL.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from store.justonela.com and a 15% restocking fee.
Just One may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available.
You will receive an email or phone call if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Just One LA will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock.
You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
